RBC Homeowners Association

The original reasons to establish the RBC HOA were:


1. To protect the not-for-profit, tax-exempt status of the NEFT
2.To protect the tax exempt status of the real estate owned by the NEF
3. To relieve the NEF of the responsibility for community management issues.
4. To provide property owners with a measure of self-government
5. To provide an official, legally recognized means for property owners, as a group, to address common property issues.
6. To provide an organized means for sponsoring social and spiritual activities for the community to supplement programs and activities provided by NEF.
